Commercial Remodeling

Noticed some.shingles coming off the roof. We called Mason and with in the hour he was in our roof addressing the issue.

Marlin Construction of IRC, Inc. was great to work with. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to explain the roofing process clearly. The work was completed with care, and the team made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I appreciate their reliability and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor.

I recently had a major exterior wall replacement project done on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The project involved completely replacing the existing wall and rebuilding it, including the exterior materials, trim, finishing and painting, while tying everything into the existing structure. It was a substantial project, and I was very impressed with how solid and sturdy the finished wall feels and how beautifully it blends with the rest of my home. The wall looks absolutely amazing. The workmanship, finishing and overall appearance are excellent, and it looks and feels like a substantial, permanent improvement to my home. After seeing the completed project, I feel very confident about its quality and durability. I also appreciated that the company stood behind the work and continued to address things until I was satisfied with the result. That means a lot to me as a homeowner. I'm extremely pleased with the finished project. In fact, I have several other projects I need to have done around my home, and I will absolutely be hiring them again. That's probably the best endorsement I can give!

Mason made it a priority to fix our roof when we started noticing a small ceiling leak in one of our bedrooms, though it was no small job at all. He made sure he did the most thorough job, which we are thankful for. We’ve only ever needed his services once in the past but it’s clear he gives the same care for each job. If we ever encounter another roofing issue, we will definitely use Marlin Construction again!

Jonathan and Rachel are great! I highly recommend Marlin Construction and their team.

We had an excellent experience with this team installing our James Hardie siding. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they paid close attention to every detail throughout the project. Cameron was on-site overseeing everything, making sure the work was done right and keeping us informed every step of the way. The entire crew was professional, hardworking, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality siding installation!

Marlin Construction of IRC deserves 10 stars! Working with owner Mason Marshall and his team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I recently needed to replace my roof, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Their estimate was fair and every dollar was well spent. Since I live in Boca Raton and my community has an HOA, there were several approval steps required before work could begin. Mason patiently guided me through the entire process, handled all of the necessary paperwork, and quickly secured the county permit, making what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. Mason and his project manager, Cameron, were a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the project, giving me complete confidence that my home was in excellent hands. The roofing crew was exceptional. I've rarely seen such a hardworking and dedicated team. They worked from sunrise to sunset, completed my entire roof in just two days, and left my property immaculate—as if they had never been there. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new roof or the exceptional customer service I received. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a trustworthy, honest, and highly skilled contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend Marlin Construction of IRC for your roofing project or any other home improvement needs. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Never thought I'd say roof replacement was a pleasant experience, but Mason, Cam and crew were prompt, dependable, polite, and overall great people. All work and extras were completed as agreed, on agreed price and date, to my satisfaction! Best contractor experience ever! Definitely earned 5 stars

Such a great experience working with Mason and his team to get new windows and a sliding glass door. Terrific communication and very professional. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out for any future projects I have. He and his team are amazing and I felt really comfortable with them.

It's rare to find a company that combines honesty, craftsmanship, and great customer service the way Marlin Construction of IRC LLC does. They take the time to do things the right way and treat every project with care. If you're looking for a team you can trust, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
