I can’t use enough superlatives when praising Marlin Construction of IRC. Mason, the owner, was professional throughout my conversion from shingle to metal roof. He communicates effectively, shows up when says he is going to, his crews are honest and hard working. I live in Broward County and I know there are issues when dealing with our building department. He plowed through the headaches of bureaucracy and got my building permit with no headaches to me. He did a thorough pre inspection and quoted me a very fair price and informed me of what I might expect during tear-off. The crews attention to detail, and daily clean up was much appreciated. This project came out so nice that I hired him the next day to replace my girlfriend’s roof in Davie. I was not disappointed with either job. I would highly recommend Mason to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. He is experienced in multi story, multi unit, as well as single family homes. He is honest, communicates well, and puts out a great product!

Expert Siding Repair in Indian River County, FL
Siding repair in Indian River County means working against real conditions: salt air off the Atlantic, high humidity, intense UV exposure, and a 170 mph wind zone that puts every exterior panel to the test. Cracked boards, warped panels, gaps at seams, and storm-loosened sections are common problems for homes throughout the county. Left unaddressed, these issues let moisture into wall cavities, where it causes rot, mold, and structural damage over time. At Marlin Construction of IRC Inc, we inspect the full exterior before any repair work starts. We identify damaged sections, check for hidden moisture intrusion behind the siding, and repair or replace only what needs attention. Our work follows Florida Building Code standards, which apply to all siding repair in unincorporated Indian River County and the City of Vero Beach. Whether your home took wind damage, shows signs of long-term weathering, or has sections pulling away from the wall, we can assess the problem and get your exterior back to a solid, weather-tight condition. Call us to schedule an inspection.
