Mason and his crew are 10/10! Dealing with a HOA can be challenging, Mason made the process easier! His crew came at 9am and left at 2pm. Super nice guys and very professional! My backyard now has a beautiful fence for my pup! This purchase was a reasonable price and a game changer for my whole family. Looks amazing and would highly recommend, definitely 10/10! And they are family owned and operated which is extremely important for us to support local mom and pops!

I can’t use enough superlatives when praising Marlin Construction of IRC. Mason, the owner, was professional throughout my conversion from shingle to metal roof. He communicates effectively, shows up when says he is going to, his crews are honest and hard working. I live in Broward County and I know there are issues when dealing with our building department. He plowed through the headaches of bureaucracy and got my building permit with no headaches to me. He did a thorough pre inspection and quoted me a very fair price and informed me of what I might expect during tear-off. The crews attention to detail, and daily clean up was much appreciated. This project came out so nice that I hired him the next day to replace my girlfriend’s roof in Davie. I was not disappointed with either job. I would highly recommend Mason to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. He is experienced in multi story, multi unit, as well as single family homes. He is honest, communicates well, and puts out a great product!

The workmanship was excellent, and they even hauled away the old fence, leaving everything spotless. Absolutely fantastic experience with Mason Marshall and Marlin Construction. They installed a beautiful new fence for us.
