Expert Window and Door Replacement in Indian River County, FL

Indian River County sits inside Florida's Wind-Borne Debris Region, where coastal design wind speeds range from 140 to 170 mph depending on your location and proximity to the water. That means your windows and doors are not just a comfort upgrade — they are a code-driven line of defense. At Marlin Construction of IRC Inc., we handle full window and door replacement for residential properties throughout the county. We assess each opening, confirm product approvals meet Florida Building Code requirements, and manage the installation from start to finish. Every product we install carries a Florida Product Approval, and all work is done to pass Indian River County Building Division inspection. Whether you are replacing a single entry door or every glazed opening in your home, we size the right impact-rated assembly for your structure's wind exposure category. Homeowners in coastal areas especially benefit from removing old single-pane windows that leave a home vulnerable to windborne debris. I can’t use enough superlatives when praising Marlin Construction of IRC. Mason, the owner, was professional throughout my conversion from shingle to metal roof. He communicates effectively, shows up when says he is going to, his crews are honest and hard working. I live in Broward County and I know there are issues when dealing with our building department. He plowed through the headaches of bureaucracy and got my building permit with no headaches to me. He did a thorough pre inspection and quoted me a very fair price and informed me of what I might expect during tear-off. The crews attention to detail, and daily clean up was much appreciated. This project came out so nice that I hired him the next day to replace my girlfriend’s roof in Davie. I was not disappointed with either job. I would highly recommend Mason to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. He is experienced in multi story, multi unit, as well as single family homes. He is honest, communicates well, and puts out a great product!

Mason and the team at Marlin Construction of IRC did an outstanding job installing our fence. Once the permit was approved, they completed the installation in just one day. The workmanship was excellent, and they even hauled away the old fence, leaving everything spotless. Their pricing was very fair, and Mason went above and beyond by securing city approval in record time — no small feat given how slow the process has been in the past. If you’re considering a new fence in South Florida, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mason Marshall and Marlin Construction. They installed a beautiful new fence for us. Since we live in an HOA there are some extra hoops to jump through and Mason satisfied their requirements with a great attitude. The team that came to do the actual install was polite, neat and efficient. I would hire them again for our next project without hesitation.

Mason and Cam were awesome. We had a new fence installed and it is gorgeous. They are very responsive, helpful and very reasonable. They arrive when they say they will. We highly recommend this company for your next project.
